Payment Policy
Mastercard and Visa accepted.
We'll take MasterCard and Visa by phone, and personally, if you find us at a trade show.
Your card will not be charged until the day your order ships.
We ship twice a week by UPS Ground, unless you request and pay for something else.
In person, we'll also take cash.
Sorry, no checks. The check guarantee service is expensive, and has a monthly minimum I don't know if we'll ever achieve. I'll let you know when the situation changes.
There may be some products which are backorder or preorder.
Backorder means that we sold out, and have to wait for the next monthly shipment of parts to fill the order. That is from days to a month wait. As we learn what the demand is for our products, we will do our best to match the supply. However, in the early days of a product, the risk of backorder is high. Your order will be held, and you will be informed by email of the progress. You will only be charged when it ships. You can cancel the order, but we really hope you don't.
Preorder means we are fishing for whether there are enough people who want a new product. With simpler products like bar-end weights, if we can collect 40 preorders, that makes it worth the risk, and we order the parts up. Lead time on a product like that is 4-6 weeks from the day we order, but it depends on the product. Your order will be held, and you will be informed of the progress by email. You will only be charged when it ships to you. You can technically cancel the order, but on preorders, we are really banking on them, so we expect most preorders to hang in there if they possibly can.
