It appears that the bar has been raised in the last couple of years, as far as prompt
shipping is concerned. We applaud all the big guys and the wonderful delivery services
that make this possible. But be warned, we are not in a position, currently, to meet the
big guys' standards of promptness.I am still focused on design and manufacturing, and our in-house shipping and order
fulfillment capabilities are limited. They will remain so until/unless we grow past a
