Special warnings for bar-end weights:
This product is a resonant frequency reducer, not
a vibration dampener. The physics of vibration reduction suggest
that under extremely abnormal conditions of bar length, material,
and vibration frequency, this product may not work as advertised.
If you encounter such a situation, I would love to hear about it.
Of course, if I can't help you make it work, you can send the product
back for a full refund.
On most bikes this product has a negligible effect
on steering, since steering inputs have a great deal lower frequency
than engine-induced vibration.
HOWEVER! If your motorcycle tends to experience HEAD
SHAKE, this product may make it BETTER, or WORSE. Always ride with
great care after this product is installed, and carefully re-explore
the handling behavior of your bike. If you detect any kind of shimmy
or head-shake that was not there before, correct it before you wipe
out! This product may yet be usable, if tire-choice, and the condition
of the headset, shocks, and rear swingarm bearings are corrected.
